Code of Ethics

General overview of the Code of Ethics governing the OGW:

This Code of Ethics defines the principles and values to which François-Xavier Pradon and his associates, hereafter referred to as “the FiX-it Society”, adhere and which govern the registration and participation in the Online Training Workshops. Each participant deserves a secure and caring environment. Therefore this applies to everyone who registers for the Workshops as well as to all associates who are supervising or have access to information related to the Workshops, thus guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of each person.

The principles defined in this Code are therefore intended to strengthen the confidence of the participants with each other and with the associates of the FiX-it Society.

Each participant therefore agrees to comply with and fully respect the rules stated below.

Commitments:

Respect for integrity, ethics founded on kindness, respect for Self and for Others, the search for truth, authenticity, and humanism; these are the fundamental values of the FiX-it Society.

The Society:

The FiX-it Society, including all its associates, will keep all personal information that is shared in the Online Training Workshops confidential.

François-Xavier Pradon is responsible for making sure that the Workshops run smoothly. He therefore commits himself, on behalf of the FiX-it Society, to respect and to ensure respect of ethics in which the Online Training Workshops embraces this Code. Therefore, all attitudes that are potentially threatening to the integrity of the group or of its participants will be immediately brought up and addressed.

Participants:

In signing up for the participatory personal development Workshops, you will most certainly hear and express things that are personal and intimate. All of this information must of course be strictly kept in the confines of the Online Training Workshops, and for this sole purpose. Therefore participants of all Workshops are subject to total and absolute discretion.

Compassionate communication is also required to participate in these Workshops. Each participant therefore agrees to converse in a courteous manner. Such communication entails the following: not disrespecting Oneself, not disrespecting Others, and respecting the structure that each person deserves and to which each participant aspires, consents, and fully engages themselves.

Non-compliance statement of exclusion:

Any participant or associate who does not respect the principles of this Code is subject to temporary suspension or permanent dismissal from the Online Training Workshops offered by the FiX-it Society, and to the extent of taking legal measures if necessary.
