A Taoist principle says that every encounter is the right encounter and I think this perfectly summarizes the story of my meeting François-Xavier.
Finding words that could reflect the gratitude I have for this man is difficult for me because I owe him so much for the path that I’ve been on since my first session where I found in front of me not a shrink but a highly compassionate and gifted human being who goes well beyond conventional structures which to me is his strength and originality.
I just want to tell you François-Xavier thank you for everything you do every day, you are and will forever be someone who has changed my life.

After a very painful divorce, incredibly damaging at all levels (mentally and physically), I had the chance to meet François-Xavier Pradon who was able to get me back on my feet thanks to his active listening, his charisma, his great compassion, his humor and his frank way of talking! … Truly the best at the aha moments … Thanks to his incredible human skills, he helped me rebuild myself and develop a psychological “force” in myself combined with a certain “letting go” (specifically thanks to his Sophrology sessions which are also very beneficial). So he has greatly contributed to my getting back in the race in life with a new surge of energy that is much more positive and most of all more constructive so that I can move forward in a new direction and above all to better maintain my personal balance! … In addition, I am very grateful to him for family therapy with my daughter in the middle of her teen angst years and, a huge miracle, with her father, whom he naturally convinced to come to several sessions. During his intervention, after 5 years of fights and manipulation, we have finally been able to start communicating again, but much better, for our kids. A thousand thank yous !!!!!!! … Mr. Pradon, you are truly a conflict resolving genius !!!!! …

François-Xavier Pradon is an excellent therapist, very engaged: he doesn’t answer you with only questions. The conversation is direct, very straightforward but always kind.
Personally, he has enabled me to free myself from the grip of someone with NPD [Narcissistic Personality Disorder].

Where to start…
This extraordinary therapist is from another world; my family needed help from a special mix of a slight underlying terseness combined with a very pronounced Freudian aura.
He knows how to read the crumpled maps of our unconscious so that we can find our own truth.
He knows where to mark milestones, where to sink the blade into the abscess so that our malaise spills out like bloodletting from times past
But above all, he has an immeasurable mastery and extreme finesse in revealing the truths to you that your unconscious has mastered but that your conscience refuses.
This is a person that I recommend as much for his therapeutic cures as for the humanity and absolute devotion that he offers you (as long as you invest just as much)
This clever combination is a rarity yet unknown, so do not hesitate for a second to entrust him with the keys to your entire, complete being, you will only come out a better person.

When I talk about this person, I mean my psychologist and not a psycho. To say that I admire his work would be an understatement. Regardless of the problem, he knows how to listen to you, to give you advice, and to find a solution, all in understanding. This incredible therapist helped me throughout my entire second pregnancy, to help me overcome fears I was having due to the death of a family member and of a first childbirth that had gone very badly. The agenda for this psychotherapy: a lot of very kind listening, analyzing, and sophrology sessions. This therapist has a great capacity for listening, excellent analysis skills, and a calm voice. I had the best follow-ups all throughout my pregnancy, with worksheets and even some CDs to work on between sessions. The results were extraordinary: I was so much more serene, and I brought an amazingly calm baby into the world.
